Terms of use
These terms govern the use of the website economiq.io in its current state: an informational site with a form to join the waitlist and receive important updates and, optionally, a request for promotional communications. They do not govern a future Economiq application (user accounts, bank connection, investment features, payments or other services) that does not yet exist on this site; when those services exist, specific terms will be published before they are launched.

1. Acceptance
By browsing economiq.io you accept these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the site.
2. Permitted use of the site
You may freely consult the published content and use the waitlist form and the unsubscribe form for the purposes for which they are intended. It is not permitted to: attempt to undermine the security of the site or its form; automate mass or abusive submissions; fill in the form with third-party data without their consent; or use the site contrary to good faith or applicable law.
3. Waitlist
The waitlist form lets you register your email address to receive information about Economiq’s development and, where applicable, to be contacted with priority for future user testing. This registration is not a beta, is not a user account and does not give access to any functionality of the future application. The website is accessible internationally and the waitlist is open worldwide. Joining from a given country does not mean the product is already available there. Economiq is a technology project currently developed from Spain, with its first availability planned for Spain. Processing of the data you provide is governed by the privacy policy. You can leave the waitlist at any time from the email you receive or from this page. Promotions, if you accept them, can be revoked separately from promotions management without leaving the waitlist.
4. Promotions
Promotions are optional and independent of the waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not by itself grant promotional consent. Ticking the optional checkbox starts a request; promotional consent exists only after an express confirmation (POST). If the confirmation email includes a second button to add promotional communications, that button is a separate affirmative action: waitlist-only confirmation does not grant promotional consent. Promotional subscription is global, while individual campaigns may have their own regional or legal eligibility requirements. Those conditions will be communicated with the specific campaign. Campaign eligibility is not the same as promotional consent: consent is given by an express confirmation (POST), separately from any later eligibility check. GeoIP does not prove residence. If a campaign requires residence or other legal conditions, that campaign’s own terms control.
5. Content and information about the product
The information about Economiq published on this site describes a project in development. When a capability is not yet confirmed, we try to express it with conditionals (“it is designed to…”) rather than presenting it as available. We do not guarantee launch dates or the final availability of any particular feature.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, the logo, the name “Economiq”, the design and other elements of this site are owned by Abel Sebastean Pop or his licensors, and may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without express authorisation, except in the uses the law permits. Economiq is not currently a registered trademark.
7. Third-party links
This site does not include advertising or affiliate links. Links that exist to external pages (for example, the AEPD website in the privacy policy) are offered for information; we are not responsible for the content of sites we do not control.
8. Availability of the service
economiq.io is hosted on third-party infrastructure (OVHcloud) and may suffer occasional interruptions for maintenance or causes outside our control. Continuous, uninterrupted availability of the site or of the waitlist form is not guaranteed.
9. Liability
Reasonable steps are taken so that the published information is accurate and up to date, but absolute accuracy at every moment is not guaranteed. We are not liable for damage arising from use of the site contrary to these terms or to the law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes in how the site actually works. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date and version at the start of this document.
11. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. The website is accessible internationally and does not apply geoblocking. Economiq is a technology project currently developed from Spain, with its first availability planned for Spain. The waitlist remains open worldwide. If you act as a consumer, you may bring claims before the courts corresponding to your domicile, without prejudice to any other forum mandatory law recognises for you. If you act as a professional or a business, and the law so allows, the parties submit to the courts of the provider’s domicile (Requena, Spain). The provider’s address for notices is: Abel Sebastean Pop, NIF Y0225123-J, Calle Avenida de Valencia, Nº53, Puerta 1, Planta 1, 46340 Requena, Comunitat Valenciana, Spain. It also appears in the legal notice.
