This notice identifies the owner of the website economiq.io and sets out the general conditions of access and use of the website, the waitlist and promotional requests. It complements the privacy policy and the terms of use.

The owner of this website is a natural person who operates the Economiq project. There is no company incorporated for Economiq. There is therefore no company name, corporate tax ID (CIF), registered office, Companies Register entry, company representative or share capital to publish.

This section is not a company’s “legal liability” field. The current legal form is a natural person; responsibility arising from operating the website rests with that person, not with a limited-liability entity that does not exist.

2. Purpose and activity

Economiq is a technology project currently developed from Spain, with its first availability planned for Spain. economiq.io is the informational website of that project, currently in a pre-launch development stage. The site provides information about the project, a form to join the waitlist and receive important updates (already active) and, optionally and independently, a request for promotional communications. Promotional consent is not granted merely by joining the waitlist. It does not provide financial, investment, payment or banking intermediation services; it is not a bank or an investment firm.

4. Conditions of access and use

Browsing economiq.io does not require creating a user account. Joining the waitlist or requesting promotional communications is voluntary and requires the data and consents asked for in each case. Using the site implies acceptance of this legal notice, the terms of use and, when you provide personal data, the privacy policy. The waitlist form may include, optionally and independently, a request for promotions; you do not have to tick that box to join the waitlist. If the confirmation email includes a second button for promotional communications, that action is distinct from waitlist confirmation.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The name “Economiq”, the logo, the design and the content published on this website are owned by Abel Sebastean Pop or his licensors. Economiq is not currently a registered trademark. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited, except in the cases permitted by law.

6. Liability for content

Care is taken to keep the published information accurate and up to date, but absolute accuracy at all times is not guaranteed, especially regarding future product capabilities, which are always described as plans in development and not as facts already achieved.

This website may include links to third-party pages (for example, to the Spanish Data Protection Agency) for information only. No responsibility is assumed for the content of sites that are not controlled.

8. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. The website is accessible internationally and does not apply geoblocking. Economiq is a technology project currently developed from Spain, with its first availability planned for Spain; the waitlist is open to people in other countries. Joining the waitlist does not mean the product is already available in that country, nor a worldwide launch. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence when the law so requires. If you act as a professional or a business, and the law so allows, the parties submit to the courts of the provider’s domicile (Requena, Spain). No exclusive consumer forum is established that would displace mandatory rules on jurisdiction.

9. Data protection

The processing of personal data arising from the use of this website is described in the privacy policy, including use of the waitlist form, management of unsubscribes and the providers involved (Brevo, OVHcloud).
